We love chicken at our house and eat it ofte...Yum. We love chicken at our house and eat it often. Curried chicken salad is a favorite which I make from scratch. Have never tasted Trader Joes, but next time I'm near one will look for it. In stead of carrot I use diced red apple, plus golden raisins, and salted cashews,curry powder, onion, mayo, salt and pepper and call it Moroccan Chicken salad---sounds a bit exotic that way.
